Nathalie Bouffe is chef that has worked in a few restaurants that are well known around the world. Her goal was always to prepare and serve most delicious meals that are both tasty and beautiful. Main focus of a menu in our restaurant is fresh, local food that is healthy for you. By limiting ingredients like oils, heavy creams and butter, she will let those gorgeous ingredients shine. Apart from dining in our restaurant, Nathalie provides teaching courses where she will teach you how to prepare food. Also, she can be your private Chef creating special meal plans and preparing food for your family, organize dinner parties for your coworkers and friends, host small gatherings and cocktail parties.
